Responsibilities

• To assist groundsman with maintenance and preparation of sports surfaces, which can include hand mowing and line marking
• Learn new techniques relating to sports turf maintenance including cultural control measures
• Delve into the plant nutrition and plant knowledge
• General site cleanliness
• Be responsible for health and safety of the site

• Willingness to follow instructions
• Ability to work well on your own or as part of a small group
• Compliance with health and safety procedures
• Punctuality
• Lots of enthusiasm
