Our open water session swimming sessions start on Thursday 13 May. We welcome all swimmers to our regular weekly sessions every Thursday 5:30-7:00pm. Open water swimming is one of the fastest growing sports in the country combining an opportunity to improve fitness with an enjoyment of the outdoors. Join CJ birds of Prey for a bird of prey experience. The morning session starts with an introduction on how the birds are trained with various equipment that is used. There will then be an opportunity to have a hawk & a falcon fly to your fist. Some other species of birds of prey will also be shown. The afternoon session will be all about the nations favourite bird of prey - Owls, again, There is continuous educational commentary and a chance for an owl to fly to your fist. Read more

BRoW4 is a non-charity fundraising group that supports charities who receive no Government or National Lottery funding. 2021 is the 7th year that BRoW4 have held fundraising activities and events for the UK’s air ambulances and this is a fantastic family day out that raises much needed funds for them.
