In spring 2021, The Longthorpe Tower (1290-1300) came under local management of Nene Park Trust, with support from English Heritage.

The Tower is the surviving part of a 14th century, three storey medieval fortified Manor House. It contains the finest set of medieval wall paintings in a domestic setting in Western Europe, giving a rare insight into the medieval mind.

Through this role, volunteers will bring Longthorpe Tower to life for visitors.

If you enjoy history, particularly medieval history, this is the role for you.
