What age is this suitable for?

Responsibilities

• To cross cut timber with a chainsaw (additional responsibility)
• Operate log splitter
• Store logs
• Produce kindling
• Bag logs
• Deliver logs

You will need to show

• Willingness to follow instructions
• Ability to work well as part of a group
• Compliance with health and safety procedures
• Lots of enthusiasm

Training (Optional)

• Drive NPT vehicles
• Log splitter (In house or Lantra training)
• Chainsaw (Lantra)
• First Aid

 You will need to wear

• Appropriate clothing & Personal Protective Equipment (including steel toe cap boots)

Who would the role suit?

• People who enjoy practical outdoor work and working as part of a team
• People able to commit regularly and over the medium term

Availability

Thursday either half day AM or PM
