Nene Park’s busy Admin Team helps keep visitors, volunteers and staff fully informed and operational and the welcoming team would appreciate some help.

You would be based in the Park’s office on Ham Lane and ideally have good IT skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to regularly commit to ½ day per week.

Tasks

  • Add events to 2020 Visitor Centre rota (excel spreadsheet)
  • Update vehicle mileage data (excel spreadsheet) – monthly job
  • Filing Ham Farm House signing in sheets and key signing out sheets – checking for keys outstanding keys – monthly/weekly job
  • Visitor Services FAQ document (word). Grouping information into sections, formatting the document and adding in new sections as required.
  • Collating feedback from visitors from Viewpoint machines and grouping into ‘themes’ – monthly 

You will need to show

  • Good IT skills and good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, email and phone)
  • Willingness to learn about the Park
  • Willingness to undergo relevant training
  • Willingness to provide references
  • Ability to work as part of a team and unaccompanied
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Lots of enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
