Delivery costs and packaging

Nene Park Trust have worked hard to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.

We use two courier companies to deliver orders, your package will be sent either by Royal Mail, or our preferred partner Hermes.

Your order is packed carefully, in biodegradable and recyclable eco packaging, to arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery prices range from £3.75 to £20, depending upon the weight and final destination of the parcel.

Click and Collect purchases

You are also able to click and collect with Nene Park Trust. Place your order online, and choose click and collect when confirming your delivery option. Our team will contact you via email when your order is ready and arrange a suitable time for you to collect your items from the Visitor Centre & Gift Shop in Nene Park.

When placing your order, the website will automatically ask you for your delivery address, but please be assured that the order will be processed as click and collect and you will not be charged for delivery. 

COVID-19 information

Please note that during the current situation our normal shipping times may be extended. Our couriers may not be able to meet their normal next day delivery aim and we would advise that delivery could take 3-5 business additional days after dispatch. Please note that initially we will only be shipping on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thank you for your understanding and your support at this difficult time.

Exclusions

We currently only ship within England, Scotland and Wales

Please note we do not ship to Ireland, or to mainland Europe at present.

Please note we also do not ship to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands due to the high costs of shipping to these locations. The following postcodes are currently excluded:
