Make a splash with our full range of watersports activities on Gunwade Lake, with activities available between 11am and 6pm each day. The Beach at Orton Mere
The Beach at Orton Mere has fun for all the family, with unlimited access to fairground rides, crazy golf and a giant sandpit for just £10.99 per child for a 3 hour session. Run by Leslie Danter & Sons Amusements, this event is suitable for children age 2-10, sessions start at 10am or 2pm each day and includes free parking. Ride the Ferry Meadows Railway

Monday 14 & Tuesday 15 August - Youth RYA Sailing Course Stage 3: This two course will teach you improved rigging, sailing theory, launching and recovery. Suitable for 8-15 year olds. Book your place.

Monday 14 August: Join our monthly Nature Tots or Wild Home Educator groups for nature-themed fun in the Park.

Thursday 17 August - Wild Wood Adventure Day: Spend the day learning essential survival skills through a variety of bushcraft activities. Suitable for children age 8 and over, no parents allowed! Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.

Tuesday 17 August - Climbing Wall: The team from Nene Outdoors will be getting our climbing wall out today! Are you brave enough to reach the top? Click here to book a session.

Thursday 17 August - Open Water Swimming: Come along and swim the 400m course on Gunwade Lake in these friendly sessions for all abilities. Suitable for age 9 and over. Register with NOWCA and get your first swim session free. Click here to find out more.

Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 August - Adult RYA Sailing – Stage 1: This two day course takes you through the basics of dinghy sailing, starting you on your sailing journey. Suitable for age 16 and over, £182 per person. Book your place.
