Who is the event suitable for?
Our Winter Festival is suitable for all of the family! All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 or above.

What time should I arrive for?
Please arrive for your chosen session time, which will be either 4pm, 5.30pm or 7pm.

Is there parking on-site?
Parking is free for all Winter Festival ticket holders at Lakeside Car Park in Ferry Meadows. Please drive straight to the exit and we'll open the barrier for your departure.

How long will the experience take?
We recommend visitors spend around 45 minutes exploring the enchanted woodland, following the willow trail and being wowed by the magical performers. Visitors can then complete their experience and take their time enjoying the cinema experience, fairground stalls, festive food and drink vendors and Christmas Pop-Up Shop.

What time does the event close?
The event closes at 8.30pm each day.

Is the event suitable for prams and buggies?
We will try to ensure the ground is as flat and smooth as possible for all visitors attending. As this is a woodland event, it may become muddy in places depending on the latest weather conditions. We advise against bringing prams with small wheels. In wet and muddy conditions, we'd be happy to swap your tickets for a drier, more suitable slot. Please email us at [email protected].

Is the event wheelchair accessible?
We have worked closely with accessibility partners to ensure the winter festival will be suitable for all visitors. The trail leads through a woodland terrain, which will be accessible to wheelchair users in dry weather. In the case of wet weather, the paths can get really muddy, and unfortunately they become unsuitable for wheelchair users. Don’t worry though. We’d be more than happy to swap your tickets for a drier, more suitable slot. This event is not suitable for mobility scooters. If you'd like to talk to us about your access requirements, please contact [email protected].
