Winter Weather Warning

With the prolonged cold weather set to last for the next few days, please take care when using the Park...

❄️Please do not walk on the frozen lakes or ponds. Even though it might look safe, it almost certainly isn’t, and given the scale of the Park, it is very unlikely that you will be reached very quickly if you get into difficulty. The ice is extremely dangerous, as we have seen already with other accidents happening across the UK.

❄️Please wrap up warm and wear suitable clothing for a cold walk and stick to paths where you can. Please remember conditions are slippy and extra care should be taken.

❄️Where possible, please keep your dogs on leads near water to avoid any animals going onto the ice or in the extremely cold water. #LoveNenePark

Water Pay & Play Activities

At Nene Outdoors, we run a ‘Pay and Play’ scheme, providing visitors of all ages and abilities with the opportunity to enjoy the watersports we have on offer. Book for half hour sessions on line or for one hour, book two consecutive time slots, hire our equipment and use our facilities.

Nene Park is a great place to play. Games on the meadows, adventures in the woodlands and three great play areas within Ferry Meadows to cater for all ages.
