Summer Nights at Ferry Meadows: A programme of open-air cinema and theatre

Experience the sing-along version of family favourite Beauty and the Beast (PG) at our open-air cinema in the heart of Ferry Meadows.

The story and characters you know and love come to life in the spectacular live-action adaptation of Disney’s animated classic Beauty and the Beast, celebrating one of the most beloved tales ever told. Experience the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who sets off to rescue her father but is taken prisoner by a Beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle’s enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior to realize the kind heart of the true Prince within.

This sing-along version of the film features on-screen lyrics as you watch your favorite musical numbers, including “Belle,” “Be Our Guest,” “Evermore,” “Gaston” and more!

Spread your blankets out on the grass in front of the big screen and enjoy the film!

Gates open at 4.30pm, with the movie starting at 5pm. FREE parking is included with your open-air cinema ticket. Food, snacks and drinks will be available to purchase on-site, plus picnics are welcome!

Ferry Meadows is the ideal place for a family day out and one of the largest country parks in the region. Situated less than three miles from Peterborough city centre, at the heart of Nene Park, its varied landscapes make it the favourite destination for thousands of visitors throughout the year.
Water Pay & Play Activities

At Nene Outdoors, we run a ‘Pay and Play’ scheme, providing visitors of all ages and abilities with the opportunity to enjoy the watersports we have on offer. Book for half hour sessions on line or for one hour, book two consecutive time slots, hire our equipment and use our facilities.

Nene Park is a great place to play. Games on the meadows, adventures in the woodlands and three great play areas within Ferry Meadows to cater for all ages.
