Here at Nene Park Trust we are delighted to have been awarded the Investors in People 'We invest in People' Gold Level Accreditation.

Most of us will spend around 80,000 hours at work in our lifetimes. For something that takes up that much of our time, we think it’s important to look after and invest in our excellent team.

Our employees truly make Nene Park what it is today. They work hard to ensure our visitors are able to enjoy all the great things we have to offer in our 1,725 acre park and so it’s incredibly special for this to be recognised through an accreditation with Investors in People.

Not only that, but only 17% of Investors in People’s accredited organisations achieve gold, really highlighting what a great organisation the Trust is to work for!

During our assessment, the Trust’s practises were assessed against nine key indicators within the Investors in People Framework, these include:
