Getting around Woodlands Sports Pitches

Path gradients and surfaces
Woodlands Sports Pitches is an area of closely mown grass adjacent to the tarmac car park. Temporary buildings containing the sports facilities are located on a tarmac area next to the car park which is connected to the parking area by a tarmac path. There are no other footpaths.

Ranger assistance
Whilst Woodlands Sports Pitches are patrolled periodically by Nene Park Trust staff and volunteers, there is not a regular staff presence in this area. However, if you require assistance while using this area our Rangers are contactable via 07860 308081 from 08:00 – 18:30 March – September and 08:00 – 16:00 October – February. Please note our Ranger team is not available on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.

At Nene Outdoors, we run a ‘Pay and Play’ scheme, providing visitors of all ages and abilities with the opportunity to enjoy the watersports we have on offer. Book for half hour sessions on line or for one hour, book two consecutive time slots, hire our equipment and use our facilities.
