Social Walk for Deaf Awareness Week

The British Deaf Association define Deaf Awareness Week as a time to celebrate diversity, promote understanding, and build a more inclusive world for all, so we are marking the week by hosting a social walk! 

Some staff memebers who have been learning British Sign Language will be there to practice their BSL with those who would like to. All are welcome – it’s free to attend!

So lace up your shoes and join us for a walk around the lakes at Ferry Meadows to celebrate this wonderful week!
