Lakeside Meeting Room
Lakeside Meeting Room is a truly special venue for meetings and events, nestled within Nene Outdoors at the heart of Ferry Meadows. With stunning views over Gunwade Lake and a private decked veranda overlooking the water, it provides the perfect backdrop for meetings, seminars, training sessions, talks, networking groups or special occasion gatherings.
With everything the Park has to offer right on your doorstep, including scenic walks, team-building adventures and outdoor activities, Lakeside Meeting Room combines a tranquil, inspiring setting with easy access to all the fun and facilities Ferry Meadows has to offer.
The room is available for hire for a half or full day between 8.30am and 5:30pm, and evening hire can be arranged on request to suit your plans.

Depending on your meeting requirements, you’re welcome to use our IT and AV equipment at no extra cost. Video conferencing equipment can be added for a small fee if required.

Lakeside Meeting Room is fully accessible. The Lakeside Hub is a versatile and welcoming space, ideal for smaller meetings and gatherings. Perfect for meetings, training sessions, networking events, children’s parties, and special occasions, the Hub offers a calm and relaxed atmosphere. With full‑length windows that fill the room with natural light, it is also a wonderful venue for art and craft workshops.
Located at Nene Outdoors, Lakeside Hub benefits from easy access to the wide range of activities, outdoor adventures and team‑building opportunities, all just a short walk away.

Lynch Lake Community Hub
Lynch Lake Community Hub is a bright and unique space, perfectly located within Ferry Meadows. Ideal for small group meetings, creative workshops and public-facing activities, the Hub is filled with natural light and offers beautiful lake views through its large windows, creating a relaxed and engaging environment.
Full‑width bi‑fold doors open directly onto a wooden decking area with nearby picnic benches, making it easy to step outside for fresh air, informal discussions or break‑out sessions. The Hub also works perfectly as a base for small groups looking to explore the Park or take part in outdoor activities during their visit.

The Hub has 13.8 m2 of floor space (4.6 x 3m) and can comfortably seat up to 8 people for a meeting. Additionally, there is outdoor decking and seating for up to 18 people at picnic benches.
The Hub has Wi-Fi access, a wall mounted 32” monitor, a sink for washing equipment and an accessible toilet.
The Hub is accessible via a ramp to the front door and includes an accessible toilet. It is located 400 metres from the main car park via easy access paths, and mobility scooters are available to hire from the Visitor Centre.

The Sett
The Sett is a friendly and adaptable space available to hire for a wide range of events and activities. Conveniently located close to the main car park at Ferry Meadows, it is easy to access and well suited to birthday celebrations, hands‑on workshops, creative sessions and relaxed community get‑togethers.
Your hire includes access to a secure outdoor area with picnic benches, offering the perfect extension to the indoor space. It’s ideal for taking activities outside, enjoying a break in the fresh air or simply allowing your event to spread out a little more.
An additional neighbouring space, The Den, is also available to hire for more informal gatherings.
