4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of booking. We process all payments securely using Stripe.

4.3 Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed but will be considered at the discretion of Nene Park Trust, taking into account the circumstances of the cancellation and the notice given. A credit or transfer to an alternative date may also be offered at our discretion.

4.4 Cancellations or Changes by Us
In the event that we need to cancel or significantly alter a booking, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We will not be liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation.

4.5 Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes and discount offers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated. Codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. It is your responsibility to apply a promotional code at the point of booking; we are unable to apply discounts retrospectively.

5. Payments

All payments made through this website are processed securely by Stripe. Nene Park Trust does not store your card details. By making a payment, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have authority to use it.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nene Park Trust’s liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking, membership, or donation in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from attendance at our events or activities.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
