Head of Fundraising

We’re recruiting for a Head of Fundraising to lead our ambitious and diverse fundraising programme across the work of Nene Park Trust, helping us deliver major conservation and heritage projects and our every day work that keeps the Park thriving for visitors, wildlife and our communities.

As the senior member of the Fundraising Team, you will lead the team, driving an ambitious and diverse fundraising programme that spans Trusts and Foundations, statutory funders, corporate partnerships and individual giving, and helping to realise the Trust’s considerable ambitions for Nene Park and the communities it serves.

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude towards fundraising. You will be able to write a persuasive six-figure grant application as well as cultivate relationships with local business sponsors. You will also be a collaborative team player, inspiring and supporting colleagues.

This is a full time, permanent position with the opportunity for hybrid working.

Salary: £50,736 – £56,000 per annum, subject to experience.
