Plans submitted for phase 1 of Lynch Farm development

We have submitted a planning application to Peterborough City Council for phase 1 of our Lynch Farm development plan. This involves an interim uses plan consisting of a dog exercise field and the rest of the site used for an education offer – a mix of schools and unformed group activities including camping.

The dog exercise field will be an enclosed space on the east side of the site (marked in orange below). The field will be bookable by the hour and no more than two dogs will be allowed in the field at any one time with one car.

We are planning to widen the entrance to the site to 5 metres wide so that vehicles can pass each other.

A footpath will be created to join to the current path on Wistow Way to the east of the entrance to provide access to pedestrians.

The designated area for camping will be to the north of the site and will allow for up to 14 bell tents on site and a ‘pitch your own’ area for 10 tents.
