Peterborough Celebrates Festival back this May!

We’re once again proud to be hosting this much loved community festival for Peterborough at Ferry Meadows 16-17 May 2026.

Back for its fifth year, this free-to-attend weekend festival at Ferry Meadows promises to be another fabulous celebration of our city and all the reasons we love it – our culture, our music, our diversity and our talented communities.

This year the festival is linking in with the National Year of Reading with the weekend planned to be filled with stories – not just in books but in music, poetry, performances, our communities and in everyone’s lives and experiences. Join in to tell your story!

You can also look forward to all the things you love about the festival – world food vendors, a lively bar, amusements, local craft stalls and plenty of surprises around every corner.

Put the date in your diaries and keep an eye out on our website and social media channels for more updates over the coming weeks. We can’t wait to celebrate the city and its stories with you on 16-17 May!
