Join us for a soap making workshop, where you’ll create 10 beautiful handmade soaps using a selection of tried-and-tested favourite recipes. Along the way, you’ll learn the techniques and tips needed to continue making your own soaps at home.
Perfect for beginners, this relaxed and welcoming session is a great introduction to the world of natural soap making. Whether you’re hoping to create thoughtful handmade gifts, explore a new hobby or simply enjoy a creative morning out, you’ll be guided through every step by an experienced tutor.
Using quality ingredients and all necessary safety equipment provided, you’ll discover the soap making process in a fun and easy-to-follow way. You’ll also receive a handy step-by-step guide, along with advice on sourcing ingredients and equipment if you’d like to continue your soap-making journey at home.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll have 10 handcrafted soaps to be proud of, each finished with a personalised cigar band. Your soaps will need time to cure before they’re ready to use, but they’ll be carefully packaged and available to collect from the Visitor Centre once ready.
Ten soaps sound like a lot? Why not bring a friend along, share the experience and split the soaps between you? Just book one place and enjoy a creative day together.
