Join Rise & Shine for some movement in nature every Sunday between 24 May and 20 September (weather permitting). Free classes take place between 9am and 10am, at Roman Point in Ferry Meadows (what3words daily.meant.bless) overlooking the tranquil Overton Lake. Classes are designed for all abilities and bodies.
No need to book, just come along!
