Guided Foraging Walk
Join our expert Park Rangers for an introduction to safe and sustainable local foraging.
Starting with a health and safety briefing, we’ll then head out into the Park for a guided walk, where you’ll learn how to identify edible plants, discover their health benefits and explore which species can be used for making materials, as well as those best avoided.
This event takes place outdoors, so please dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear with long trousers and sleeves. Don’t forget a drink for the walk!
Please note there will be some uneven ground and a fair amount of walking, so this event may not be suitable for everyone.
