Oak Adventurers Holiday Club
At Nene Outdoors Watersports & Activity Centre, our Oak Adventurers holiday club designed for 8-13 year olds, offers a fantastic opportunity for kids to hone their skills and experience a variety of water and land-based activities.
From kayaking and paddleboarding to climbing and bushcraft, there’s something for every young adventurer to enjoy this October Half Term.
Drop off between 8.30am – 9am / Pick up between 4.45pm – 5.15pm (early pick up at 3.30pm by arrangement)
Sample Programme
- 9am – 9.30am – Icebreaker Challenge
- 9.30am – 12.30pm – Land Activities
- 12.30pm – 1.30pm – Lunch Break (please bring your own packed lunch)
- 1.30pm – 4.30pm – Water Activities
- 4.45pm – 5.15pm – Indoor Games & Activities
Land activities include: archery, pioneering, climbing wall, bushcraft, power kiting and more!
Water activities include: sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, raft building and more!
FAQs
Yes! Our holiday clubs are flexible to your needs – you can book as many days as you like*, or a full week (excluding bank holidays when the club isn’t running).
*Spaces are limited, some days may be fully booked quicker than others.
Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch and drink with them, including a snack for a morning break.
Due to the nature of the activities, please ensure your children also bring flat, closed-toe footwear, a change of clothes and a towel should they get wet during the water activities.
We provide all other equipment, including wetsuits, helmets and buoyancy aids.
We sometimes have our content creator pop by to capture some photos and footage for promoting future holiday clubs and events – this content is used for both print and online marketing, including social media.
We take children’s safety seriously and have safeguarding measures in place to ensure any children who cannot have their photo taken are identified.
If you do not wish for your child to be photographed/ filmed, please let us know when you book.
