Located in the heart of Ferry Meadows, our setting gives your team the chance to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with nature and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of the outdoors. It’s also the perfect place to take a relaxing walk, spot local wildlife and simply pause and recharge.

Team Building Adventures

At Nene Outdoors in Peterborough, our team building sessions are all about bringing people together, trying something new and enjoying time outdoors in a friendly, supportive setting. We welcome teams of all sizes and can tailor experiences to suit everything from a full day of activities to a shorter, focused half-day session.

From your first enquiry, our team will work closely with you to understand what you’d like to achieve and create a bespoke mix of land and water-based activities to match your goals. From sailing and kayaking to archery and bushcraft, we offer a wide range of fun, exciting and rewarding outdoor activities designed to strengthen teams, build confidence, encourage connection and boost morale.

Our experienced, qualified instructors will be with your group every step of the way, guiding activities, encouraging conversation and helping teams reflect, learn and grow.

Meeting Room Hire

Corporate groups can choose from a range of meeting spaces across Ferry Meadows in Peterborough. Whether it’s our well-equipped Lakeside Meeting Room with stunning views over the lake, or the cosy Lynch Lake Community Hub when you want to escape and focus, we have a space to suit every group.

To make the most of your time with us, why not build in a break for a walk through our beautiful Park? Stepping outside for some fresh air, movement and time in nature can boost wellbeing, spark creativity and help your team return to the meeting feeling refreshed and re-energised.

Corporate Volunteering

We love welcoming teams to experience corporate volunteering at Nene Park! Bring your employees together for a rewarding day outdoors that builds teamwork while making a positive contribution to your local environment. No previous experience is needed, our staff will guide you through practical conservation tasks and ensure everyone can get involved.

Conservation activities available from September to March include:

  • Woodland coppicing
  • Hedgerow management
  • Willow Tunnel maintenance
  • Bulb planting
  • Conservation surveying
  • And many more, depending on the time of year

Litter picking sessions

Join us for a hands-on volunteering task helping to keep the Park clean and welcoming for everyone. Your team’s support makes a real difference, and any donation will further support our ongoing conservation efforts.
