Nene Park is pleased to announce a new residency and development opportunity for artists supported using public funding by Arts Council England.

We are inviting experienced artists working within visual art, performance, music, digital, spoken word or cross arts disciplines, and based in the East region, to apply to be Artist in Residence - Lead Artist, as part of Nene Park’s ParkArt Foundations residency programme. Based within the beautiful and diverse landscape of Nene Park, Peterborough, the Lead Artist will work within this unique and inspiring setting, have the opportunity to develop new work in response to the Park and will produce and lead a public engagement event or activity. The Lead Artist will also support two early career artists (Associate Artists) to develop new work in response to the Park and lead public engagement events. All three artists will have access to shared workspaces, a wood workshop, and the 697 hectare site. The residency will take place between April and August 2020.
