Have you done Ride London before? Yes, in 2015, but that was when I commuted daily across London by bike (so my legs were much better then!)

Why are you taking part in Ride London? The challenge and the atmosphere, plus its great to be part of such a huge event while helping out Nene Park.

What are you most looking forward to? The refuelling stops. Or the scenery around Box Hill.

What do you think will be the biggest challenge for you? The last 20 miles...

Any routines or habits you have when cycling? I keep one of my bikes in the bath

What will keep you motivated during the ride? Trying to stick to the wheel in front, and getting back to spend the evening in London with my lovely girlfriend.

What is your connection to Nene Park Trust? I live right on the edge of the Nene Park and make good use of it, so it's great to be able to give something back.
