We now have an alternative way to pay for your parking at Ferry Meadows and Orton Meadows car parks with our mobile parking payment app.

Follow these simple instructions to get started with the app:

• To download the app search for S-Park in the Apple or Google Play app stores (please ensure you include the hyphen) or follow the links below:

• Apple Store https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/s-park/id1511908952
• When you are ready to pay for your parking at the end of your visit, launch the app.
• At Ferry Meadows, where the parking system is ticketless, enter your licence plate number in full without spaces.
• At Orton Meadows, scan your ticket with the scan functionalitySelect your payment method from credit/debit card or paypal.
• Proceed to the exit barrier within 30 minutes of payment. 

Please note:

• The parking app can not currently be used with QR Codes, which are given out to partners or individuals for free parking. If you have a QR Code to use instead of paying for parking in the usual way, please use these at the payment machines.
• If for any reason, the car park ANPR system does not recognise your licence plate, the app will inform you that your number plate is not recognised and you will need to process your payment at the payment machines.
