    Chair
    Jackie trained as a newspaper journalist and enjoyed a 10 year career in communications and publishing. She moved on to Director and CEO roles in national & international not-for-profit organisations. She now serves in NED and leadership mentoring roles, as well as running her own well-being practice, having retrained as a psychotherapist. Jackie has been a regular user of NPT facilities during her 30 years in Peterborough and is passionate about the natural world.

    During his time here, Matthew has ‘re-master planned’ the Park’s extensive landholding and implemented a ten-year strategy ‘Doing More with More’. Matthew is passionate about the environment and the benefits it provides. Previously, he held senior roles at the Land Trust and Norfolk Wildlife Trust. He takes an active role with The Parks Alliance, is a Board Member of Cambridgeshire Local Nature Partnership, a Member of the Broads Authority & Trustee of Living Sport.

    Adrian Oates

    Head of Fundraising and Marketing
    Adrian heads our fundraising and marketing, and is responsible for external communication and charitable income generation for the Trust. With over 20 years fundraising and financial management experience, Adrian has expertise in securing and managing national and international statutory funds, EU grants and UK/US Trusts and Foundations.

  • Andrew MacDermott

    Andrew MacDermott

    Head of Development
    Andrew leads on new projects in the Trust from community development to new business and infrastructure projects. His background is in countryside and environmental management with a specialism in forestry. Andrew has previously worked in various project management roles across the not-for-profit, charity and commercial sectors as well as having practical land management experience. He has a young family and is a learning gardener.

  • Nick Danks

    Nick Danks

    Director of Finance & Business Services
    Nick is responsible for Finance, Information Technology, Legal and Commercial at Nene Park Trust, and is a Director of the subsidiary Nene Park Services and a Trustee of Lincolnshire Community Foundation. Nick is an accountant by profession being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In his spare time he enjoys long-distance walking, cycling and craft brewing.

    Senior Independent Trustee
    Ashley is a Director in the Planning & Advisory strategic business unit at WSP. He has 30 years’ experience of providing strategic advice and technical guidance for sustainable urban and rural development and regeneration projects. He promotes an agile thinking & intelligent solutions approach and is a keen advocate of healthy places as the fundamental building block to creating beautiful environments that are economically and socially successful.

  • Beki Sellick

    Beki Sellick

    Trustee
    Beki is a Chartered Engineer, who has worked with, managed and led people and businesses within the public and private sectors, locally and internationally. She continues to apply her MEng degree to policies and practicalities in railways and sustainable transport in the UK. Beki enjoys life in Peterborough with her family and is a committed cyclist and local campaigner.

  • Christine de Ferrars Green

    Christine de Ferrars Green

    Trustee
    Christine is a lawyer who has worked with landowners and developers in the local region for many years.  Through her business she has developed a particular expertise in advising on the long-term provision of community open spaces and shared facilities.  Christine loves to be outdoors and is a great believer in the value of open spaces for physical and mental well-being, in managing the environment for those who come after us, and in accessibility for all.

  • Selina Wilson

    Selina Wilson

    Head of Organisational Development
    Selina’s oversees organisational development at the Trust, promoting a positive working culture in the organisation, implementing change management processes, managing learning and development and human resources. Additionally Selina oversees the Administrative Team and acts as Company Secretary for the Board. Selina has a history of working in the environment charity industry and is passionate about sustainability and health and wellbeing.

    Jamie McCann

    Trustee
    Jamie is Director, Data & Analytics for BGL Group’s Insurance Distribution & Outsourcing business and is responsible for the leadership, execution and delivery of the data strategy. Jamie is passionate about creating a culture that is collaborative, creative and commercial but where the impact on customers is considered at every step of the process. Outside work, Jamie is a keen football fan and an amateur brewer who enjoys the outdoors and cycling in the countryside.
