We had a recent assessment from Visit England as part of the Visitor Attraction Quality Scheme, which we are pleased to announce was a great success. 

The assessors looked at all aspects of the visitor experience from cleanliness and car parking to the staff and signage. At the end of the visit, we were awarded a fantastic score of 91% - an increase on last year of 4%. The increase reflects the continued hard work of all staff in improving the Park and its attractions. In addition to that, we achieved an incredible score of 98% for staff; covering customer care, knowledge and efficiency, which means we reached the threshold for the prestigious ‘Welcome accolade’! Thank you to all our staff, volunteers and visitors for all your hard work and efforts. We all feel extremely proud of our achievement.
