Please help! Our mobility scooters are broken!
many years, Nene Park Trust has been proud to be able to provide mobility scooters,
for the use of members of the public, during their visits to Ferry
Meadows. The mobility scooters give those with limited mobility the opportunity to explore areas of the Park they wouldn't otherwise be able to, joining in with friends and family or taking time for themselves.
We originally had four working mobility scooters that were well used by many different visitors but over the last year, our mobility scooters have worn out and are in need or replacement.
We would like to raise £4,400 to buy new scooters ready for our visitors in time for the Summer. If you feel able to, please donate any amount, however small. You can donate online at our JustGiving page and there are also collection points in the Visitor Centre, Ferry Meadows Café, Lakeside Kitchen & Bar, Caravan Club, Rutland Cycling and The Granary.
Please give what you can to help us improve the experience all our visitors have at Ferry Meadows!
