Foodie Fridays in the Park!

Celebrate the vibrant communities of Peterborough through our Foodie Fridays this August, as we welcome local street food and drink vendors to Ferry Meadows on 2 and 16 August.

Head over to Fox Play at Lakeside between 5pm and 9pm to enjoy an evening of delicious food, locally sourced drinks and talented live musicians. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Enjoy live performances by...

George Elliott, a Peterborough-based singer and guitarist, fresh from his amazing set at Peterborough Celebrate Festival 2024 and a finalist on The Voice Kids UK.

Ramaen, an emerging Peterborough based RnB soul singer, known for his gospel style vocals and captivating performances.

Adam Trendall, an accomplished acoustic singer/songwriter who has performed at many venues in the Peterborough area, both as a solo artist and also with his band.

Ferry Meadows is the ideal place for a family day out and one of the largest country parks in the region. Situated less than three miles from Peterborough city centre, at the heart of Nene Park, its varied landscapes make it the favourite destination for thousands of visitors throughout the year.
Water Pay & Play Activities

At Nene Outdoors, we run a ‘Pay and Play’ scheme, providing visitors of all ages and abilities with the opportunity to enjoy the watersports we have on offer. Book for half hour sessions on line or for one hour, book two consecutive time slots, hire our equipment and use our facilities.
