Following a very successful first season at Lakeside Farm Shop, the team will be taking a well-deserved rest as we close the shop doors at 4pm on Sunday 9 January for the winter season. The Farm Shop will be back in the spring with even more fantastic products from our premium local suppliers, including old favourites and brand new lines for you to explore. Reopening details to be announced soon! A number of our most popular lines will be available at the Visitor Centre & Gift Shop during the closure period, so please do pop in and have a browse.

Lakeside Farm Shop stocks an exciting range of locally grown and sourced produce from the Park’s very own farm partners as well as suppliers from across the region and is ideally located at Lakeside in Ferry Meadows, next to the Nene Outdoors Watersports and Activity Centre.
Open daily from 10am to 5pm (28 March to 31 October)
and 10am to 4pm (1 November to 9 January)

Also stocked are speciality foods from across Peterborough communities such as curry sauces from Yau’s Foods, a variety of handmade European flatbreads, Filipino sweet treats made in Peterborough, and Italian hampers from Fontanella’s of Whittlesey

In line with the Trust's eco ambitions, you'll find a refill station featuring key dry ingredients, such as porridge oats, muesli, pasta and rice. Our range of picnic items and BBQ packs are perfect for sunny days, catering for families and visitors who wish to extend their visit at the Park. You can even pick up charcoal in store!

Most of the produce sold in the farm shop is sourced from within a 20 mile radius of Nene Park, and we aim to celebrate the communities and culture of the region, as well as showcasing more sustainable food production.

All the proceeds made from the Farm Shop will be reinvested back into Nene Park, helping to maintain and nurture its much loved greenspaces.
