Gary, our Community Ranger, is one of the riders of Team Nene, taking on the challenge of cycling 100 miles to raise money for Nene Park Trust.

Gary will be sharing his training diary, letting us know if he finds the time to train, the best places to refuel, the struggles and the highlights.

The training log will be updated every Friday so follow along!
