Our Park to Plate lamb boxes come direct from our share farming partnership with young farmers Craig and Ryan Baxter. The partnership places the upmost importance on the welfare of its animals, ensuring the animals live happy, healthy lives.  Our animals graze outside all year round, only coming into our barns to have their lambs.  We allow them to grow slowly until they reach their market weight, which can take anywhere between 3 – 12 months.

Animals are reared on land managed for wildlife, including the Nene Park Rural Estate, where nature and farming go hand in hand. Our farming system is entirely forage based – this means the livestock enjoy their favourite food of grass, herbs and wildflowers, throughout their lives, minimising environmental impact and maximising benefits to nature.

Our lamb is always hung to develop flavour and produce tender, succulent cuts. All our meat is butchered within a 30 mile radius, minimising the food miles our prime lamb travels from Park to Plate.

Each lamb box is carefully packaged, ready to be collected and taken home from the Ferry Meadows Visitor Centre, Gift & Farm Shop, between 9am and 6pm on the identified collection date.
