Tier 3 restrictions will be in place in Peterborough from Saturday 19 December but our car parks, toilets and Visitor Centre remain open with only the cafes moving to a takeaway service. Read more

Nene Park Trust to run Lost World and Peterborough Sculpture Collection

From 30 November 2020, Nene Park Trust will take on the remaining activities of local charity Vivacity, following the termination of Vivacity’s contract with Peterborough City Council. Read more

Bluebell Wood boardwalk maintenance from 30/11

Maintenance work to improve the section of footpath at the end of the Bluebell Wood boardwalk will commence on Monday 30 November. Barriers will be in place to divert visitors. Read more

Important visitor notices - Thursday 19 November

Both cafes at Ferry Meadows - Ferry Meadows Cafe and Lakeside Kitchen & Bar are closed today due to delayed works carried out. In addition, the toilet block at the Discover Den is also closed for repairs. Read more

Car parks remain open during new lockdown

The car parks and public toilets will remain open during the new national lockdown, with the cafes offering a takeaway service only, The Visitor Centre and Nene Outdoors Watersports and Activity Centre will have to close throughout November. Read more

New virtual guided walks in the Park
