Visitor Centre, Gift & Farm Shop

Whether a regular or first-time visitor, drop in and our friendly team will be happy to help you plan your visit and make sure you have a great day out. With so much to do and see we wouldn’t want you to miss out!

Located in the Visitor Centre, our gift and farm shop is home to delicious and locally sourced produce alongside a range of exclusive gifts, treats for the home and garden, games, toys and everything you could need for a great day out in the Park. You can get a flavour of the different ranges available in the shop by taking a look at our Visitor Centre Shop page. 

All the proceeds made from purchases at our Gift and Farm Shop will be reinvested back into the Park, helping to maintain and nurture its much loved greenspaces.

Lakeside provides a hub for activity and relaxation. As well as being home to Lakeside Kitchen & Bar, it is where you can find Nene Outdoors Watersports and Activity centre which offers a wide range of Pay and Play activities such as pedalos, kayaks and paddleboards, courses, and clubs.


Facilities

Cafes

The Ferry Meadows Cafe is situated in a beautiful location overlooking Overton Lake next to the Visitor Centre and has indoor and outdoor seating and a range of meals, snacks and drinks. Lakeside Kitchen and Bar is situated overlooking Gunwade Lake in the Lakeside area. For more information on other nearby places to eat go to our Where to eat page. 

Toilets

Public toilets are located adjacent to the main car park by the Visitor Centre and by the car park at Lakeside. These are open daily during daylight hours throughout the year.

Accessible toilets are located within both toilet blocks and in the cafes. Baby changing facilities are available within the accessible toilet in both public toilet blocks and in the customer toilets in the cafes.

An accessible changing facility including a height adjustable changing bench, a hoist system and shower is available at Nene Outdoors during the centre's opening hours. We have three play areas in Ferry Meadows with a range of play equipment suitable for all ages. For more information visit our Play areas page.
